Article 23.- Railings and plinths of the General Ordinance of Safety and Health at Work:
1. The railings and plinths or skirting boards will be made of rigid and resistant materials.
2. The height of the railings shall be 80 cm, at least from the floor level, and the gap between the plinth and the railing shall be protected by a horizontal bar or intermediate bar, or by means of vertical bars, with a maximum separation of 15 cm.
3. The plinths will have a minimum height of 15 cm above the floor level.
4. The railings will be able to withstand a load of 150 Kg per linear meter.
On the other hand, the Labor Ordinance of Construction, Glass and Ceramics in its Art. 187 establishes how the gaps and openings that are dangerous due to their special situation must be protected: “the gaps and openings for the lifting of materials and, in general , all those practiced on the floors of the construction sites, which due to their special situation are dangerous, will be conveniently protected by solid rails of 90 cm high, and where appropriate, 30 cm high skirting boards also according to the needs of job".
According to the state of the art, in the market there are several types of fences and railings that comply with the regulations. However, for its assembly and disassembly, when the operator works near the edge, it is necessary to make use of fall safety harness, in addition in many cases it is necessary to install a gangway on the edge to avoid the risk of collapse.

EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION
By way of explanation of the "Fencing of protection and shoring of holes and ditches", it consists of the combination of the following main elements;
A. Upper body of the assembly that functions as a conventional fence once the assembly is assembled.
B. Inner and sliding front frontal body, housed inside said upper body and provided with linear movement therein along longitudinal guideways, according to extreme folding positions inside the upper body, and opening until its two stops aligned transversely and located in the vicinity of the inner end, find a transverse profile of said upper body in its path.
C. Lower body of the assembly, as a base on which the operator steps once the assembly is mounted, on which the upper body has angular movement, by means of a longitudinal joint and hinged by the end that is closest to the hollow, 5 that a set of brackets provided with blocking are added to the
in order to facilitate the lifting of the upper body over the lower one and, subsequently once locked, to provide stability and rigidity to the whole.
10 Assembly procedure
Stage 1
Placement of the complete set on the floor with the inner front body and sliding on the exposed face.
15 Stage 2
Sliding of the inner front body through guides housed in the upper body of the assembly until it reaches its stops, it is not necessary that this operation be carried out at the edge of the hole or ditch.
twenty
Stage 3
Once the assembly is placed on the edge of a hole or ditch with the inner front body sliding over the hollow, the upper body of the assembly is manually rotated on the hinge
25 that makes its union with the lower body, to form an angle of 90
degrees relative to the lower body that remains at rest.
Stage 4
Activation of two anchoring systems on two scissor-type opening supports, at the same time giving greater rigidity to the structure.
5 Stage 5
Manual adjustment of the position, until the sliding front body that is below the level of the ground meets the vertical of the hole, in order to perform a screening on the top of the hole and reduce the risk of landslide.
10
Stage 6
Fixing to the floor of the lower body of the assembly that acts as a base of contact with the floor, making use of screws or other type of anchors, making sure that the base is completely fixed to the ground.

EXAMPLE OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
As a preferred embodiment of the "Fencing of protection and shoring of holes and ditches", it can be seen how the upper body of Figures 1-2 is a composition of horizontal and vertical bars provided with two projections for joining the side supports of the piece and two slits as guides so that the inner front body slides through them.
With respect to the inner front and sliding slide body, as can be seen in Figures 3-4, it has been conceived with a hollow inside, while the width of the assembly is necessary to move internally through the said guides. Finally, stops 3 are conceived thereon in order to limit the maximum opening of the inner front body 2 as shown in Figure 5 and serve as a handle for manually carrying out the opening or closing of the assembly.
Finally, with respect to the lower body of the assembly, as a base on which the operator steps on after its assembly is completed, it can be carried out as can be seen in Figures 6-7 according to a rectangular structural reinforcement that contains inside a tough sheet "Tramex" type. The aforementioned armor is completed with four holes 8 to fix as a last step prior to its use, the assembly to the floor or floor in which it is located.
